National Space Network

National Space Network (NSN) is the first space communication system where messages travel by identity instead of location. Instead of IP addresses, routing, or internet infrastructure, NSN uses unique identity codes to send transmissions between users. SPACE Codes begin with +0. and represent scientific identities, while PUBLIC Codes are open to everyone else. Each code has its own inbox, allowing fully offline, identity‑based messaging inside a simple Python terminal interface. NSN demonstrates how communication could work in a world where identity itself becomes the address, enabling a fictional, infrastructure‑free network built entirely from code.
